Blogger and Inbound Marketing Expert 

Location : Mumbai / Major Metro

Job Description:

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.  Along with these skills, collate Solar Energy Focused content for the blog and manage to create a knowledge base that’s the Industry standard for information while improving the look and feel of the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

 

Requirements:

  • A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our business’ mission.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content.
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • 1-2 years of marketing and content creation experience.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales of solar rooftop EPC/power sale services
  • Lead generation, pitching, explaining solar EPC/power sale services, sending proposals and fixing appointments and keeping track of all leads, which can be anywhere in India.
  • Developing long lasting relationships by providing professional technical solutions and consultation for our solar power solution
  • Maintaining and expanding business with existing key accounts and acquiring new business development partners and direct customers
  • Carrying out market research
  • Conducting site survey for establish the feasibility of sites for the installation of solar power projects
  • Prioritizing markets and determines market entry strategies for new regions
  • Setting ambitious targets and devising concrete plans to achieve them
  • Attending trade shows, conferences and seminars for lead generation and sales

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering combined with a keen affinity for technical products
  • Represents a combination of a customer-oriented sales professional and an engineer who has 1-3 years of working experience in both, direct and indirect selling through distribution of sophisticated technical products
  • Ideally has sound knowledge of West and South Indian industrial areas
  • Has excellent communication skills and sound technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
  • Good English language skills
  • Willing to travel to events, customer sites and client meetings
  • Success-oriented, flexible and a team player
  • Past experience in sales involving local clients is an advantage

Job Description
The executive (coordination) of NSEFI will undertake a range of functions to make sure that information flow amongst members and with external parties is smooth, and support the members in administration of NSEFI.
This position reports to the Hon. Director General and Hon. Secretary of NSEFI.

Key responsibilities

Manage internal communication and information flow between members of NSEFI
Liaise with external public relations and information agencies
Support online engagement by sharing posts, news, emails and similar digital media including social media
Provide executive support to Executive Committee
Review and answer correspondence
Manage relationships with editorial staff at key media outlets
Provide support in execution of seminars, workshops, meetings, etc.
Create executive briefs, presentations, emails, etc.
Create and share information / databank including from Internet.
Create and maintain library of literature of interest.

Qualifications

Engineering Bachelor’s degree or more from reputed institute
More than two years of experience in similar job profile with solar domain knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and campaigns concurrently
Detail oriented and able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-starter with good follow-through and the ability to take direction
Experience of digital marketing or public relations will be preferred
