Shakti Pumps invests Rs 30 million to develop a 2.20 GW solar cell and module manufacturing plant in Madhya Pradesh – Power Line Magazine

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has invested Rs 30 million in it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Shakti Energy Solutions Limited, to develop a 2.20 GW solar cell and module manufacturing plant for a greenfield solar domestic content requirement cell and photovoltaic module manufacturing facility at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.
The investment has been made through the issuance of equity shares. The move aligns with Shakti Pumps’ broader strategy to expand across the renewable energy value chain.
