สหรัฐยกเว้นภาษีนำเข้าโซลาเซลล์ 1 ปีให้ไทย, เวียดนาม, กัมพูชาและมาเลเซีย
พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ พลังงานโซลาร์เซลล์มาแรง แรงจนประธานาธิบดีโจ ไบเดนยังต้องยกเว้นภาษีนำเข้าให้ โดยเฉพาะชาติในเอเชีย 4 แห่ง นั่นก็คือ ไทย เวียดนาม กัมพูชาและมาเลเซีย การยกเว้นภาษีนำเข้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ของสหรัฐอเมริกานี้ จะมีเวลายาวนาน 1 ปี หลังจากที่ก่อนหน้านี้ทั้ง 4 ประเทศในอาเซียนถูกสอบสวนอย่างหนักเนื่องจากข้อหาให้ทุนจีนสวมสิทธิเป็นผู้ส่งออกโซลาร์เซลล์เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการเสียภาษี การสอบสวนดังกล่าวกินเวลายาวนานนับเดือน ซึ่งแถลงการณ์ยกเว้นภาษีดังกล่าวจะเป็นตัวช่วยสำคัญให้กับสหรัฐฯ ในการจัดหาแหล่งพลังงานโซลาร์เซลล์ได้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าภายในประเทศที่กำลังยกระดับการผลิตให้เติบโตมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ แถลงการณ์ดังกล่าวยังคาดหวังว่าจะช่วยลดภาระในการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าของสหรัฐในประเทศเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ด้วย ปี 2021 ไทยส่งมอบโซลาร์เซลล์ให้สหรัฐฯ มูลค่า 1.07 พันล้านเหรียญสหรัฐหรือประมาณ 3.68 หมื่นล้านบาท คิดเป็น 49.1% ของการส่งออกโซลาร์เซลล์ทั้งหมด สหรัฐฯ คือตลาดส่งออกเบอร์ 1 ของไทย มูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ปี 2021 … Continue reading
