บ.จีนแห่ลงทุน‘แผงโซลาร์เซลล์’ในไทย หวังเป็นฐานผลิตหลังยุโรปโต้ทุ่มตลาด

พลังงานไฟฟ้าจากแสงอาทิตย์’ (Solar power) ที่ใช้แผง ‘โซลาร์เซลล์’ (Solar cell) ในการผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้านั้น ได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการผลิตแบบติดตั้งบนพื้นดินที่ใช้พื้นที่จำนวนมาก บางประเทศเริ่มมีการพัฒนาบนพื้นน้ำและในทะเลแล้ว ที่เรียกว่า ‘โซลาร์ฟาร์ม’ (Solar farm) หรือการติดตั้งบนหลังคาอาคารสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ที่เรียกว่า ‘โซลาร์รูฟท็อป’ (Solar rooftop) ซึ่งพลังงานไฟฟ้าจากแสงอาทิตย์นี้ได้รับการคาดหวังว่าจะเป็น ‘พลังงานแห่งอนาคต’   หลายประเทศได้ส่งเสริมให้มีการใช้ ทั้งในภาคครัวเรือนและภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยประเทศไทยก็เป็นหนึ่งในประเทศที่มีนโยบายส่งเสริมให้มีการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าจากแสงอาทิตย์นี้ด้วยเช่นกัน แต่กลับพบว่า อุตสาหกรรมต้นน้ำอย่างการผลิตและการประกอบแผงโซลาร์เซลล์ของไทยยังต้องพึ่งพิงประเทศอื่นอยู่มาก โดยเฉพาะประเทศจีนอันเป็นมหาอำนาจของโลกในอุตสาหกรรมนี้ ศักยภาพพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ของไทย สำหรับประเทศไทยมีศักยภาพพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ค่อนข้างสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ยความเข้มรังสีของแสงอาทิตย์ทั่วประเทศทุกพื้นที่ เป็นค่ารายวันเฉลี่ยต่อปีเท่ากับ 18.0 เมกะจูลต่อตารางเมตร/วัน ( MJ / m2 – … Continue reading
