JinkoSolar, a China-based PV module manufacturer, has signed a supply agreement with a French distributor, covering 45.69 MW of Tiger Neo 3.0 PV modules for distributed deployment in France. The modules are intended for residential, and C&I solar installations across diverse operating environments. According to the release, northern regions present low-light conditions, while central areas experience rooftop shading challenges. Southern regions require modules with improved thermal stability for high-temperature operation. Tiger Neo 3.0 modules use n-type TOPCon technology and maintain 95% to 98% relative output at 200 W/m² irradiance. The modules feature a temperature coefficient of -0.26 %/°C to limit heat-related losses. JinkoSolar reported mass-production efficiency exceeding 24.8% with peak power output reaching 670 W. Field testing cited in the release indicates annual generation gains of 1% to 3% compared to conventional modules. Recently, JinkoSolar has signed over 300 MW of Tiger Neo 3.0 module supply agreements across Uzbekistan.
