In the village of Imshte in the Bubullimë unit in  Lushnje , according to Erjon Braçe , a robbery of public land is taking place for the construction of a photovoltaic park.
Sharing footage from the residents’ protest and their confrontation with the police, Braçe accuses the latter of “acting as an enforcer of land grabbing.”
In the video he published, a person is seen telling farmers to ” stop shouting “, whom the MP says is a ” new guy ” who intends to build photovoltaic panels in this area.
According to Braça, the land in question extends from the edge of the Seman River to the embankment and the law ” On Water Resources ” clearly defines it as river land, i.e. public land, inalienable and inalienable.
He says that he has been reporting the case to the Prosecutor’s Office for a year and a half and that last week he confirmed to the Fier Prosecutor’s Office that it is still under investigation and in the second phase of investigative actions.
Braçe questions the presence of the Lushnja Police in the field, while the case is under investigation, and accuses the institutions of blatant violation of the law. According to him, two weeks ago the same person was in the area without police, but accompanied by people he calls ‘criminals’ who threatened residents and their children.
The MP recalls that a similar attempt to acquire this land occurred earlier, with political support, but was stopped after the matter was subject to investigation.
In his post, Braçe emphasizes that, according to the law, land is state property and any action to appropriate it constitutes robbery and abuse of power by the police.

A long line of public institutions have been involved in the robbery of this land and have criminally violated the law. A year and a half ago, as a deputy of these people, I reported everyone to the prosecutor’s office; last week I confirmed to the Fier Prosecutor’s Office that the case is under investigation and they are in the second wave of conducting investigative actions. The question I have now is clear: when the case is under investigation at the Fier Prosecutor’s Office, what business does the Lushnja Police have with a person who seeks to complete the robbery of land by a certain nightingale?
Two weeks ago, this guy was in Imshte without the police, but with criminals who did their best to show him their weapons; they threatened the residents and mentioned the lives of children. Is there a greater shame than the State Police today defending a robbery in broad daylight when the law is very clear?! This is repeated!
A year and a half ago, with the support of a politician, the same guy had the police with him again until the day the politician fell out of his chair!
From that day on, this attempt was extinguished and the prosecution is investigating. I don’t know which politician is the one who is acting like a god this time, but I want to emphasize strongly: according to the law, this is state land, inalienable and inalienable; Everything that is happening is robbery and abuse of power by the police !”
