We are an owner, operator and developer of one of the world’s largest clean energy portfolios.
Our energy portfolio spans hydro, solar, wind, storage, distributed energy, nuclear and other sustainable solutions.
Explore our latest insights on how addressing the global unprecedented demand for power requires an “any-and-all” approach.
Our hydro power facilities are perpetual assets that provide reliable clean energy and storage capacity. With low operating costs and long lifespans, they play a crucial role in energy stability, supporting peak demand and enhancing integration of other renewables like wind and solar.
We operate utility-scale solar assets across five continents. Whether it is on a standalone basis or paired with batteries, solar is one of the fastest-growing ways to meet the surging global demand for power, particularly from large corporate clients seeking long-term power purchase agreements.
We own, operate and are developing a diversified wind portfolio across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Our global exposure to a range of markets reduces localized risks and benefits from growth and policy incentives in each region.
We own and operate distributed energy and storage businesses across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Onsite energy generation enhances reliability for customers while reducing the need for grid upgrades. Our battery storage assets strengthen grid reliability, support renewable integration, and deliver critical services across multiple markets.
Our sustainable solutions portfolio is comprised of a range of technologies that enable the transition, including carbon capture, renewable natural gas, eFuels, recycling and nuclear services. These technologies are largely focused on enabling decarbonization in hard-to-abate sectors of the economy and supporting circular economy goals.
In 2023, we completed the full acquisition of X-ELIO, a global solar energy developer. The business is a global leader with a long track record and expertise in the full solar development process, including site acquisition, interconnection, permitting, and commercialization.
Today, solar is one of the very cheapest and most versatile electricity generating sources, capable of being developed in multiple regions and territories.

Westinghouse Electric is the world’s leading provider of mission-critical technology, services and products to the nuclear energy industry, serving more than half of the world’s nuclear generation plants.
As the provider of dependable and zero-emission baseload electricity, nuclear is a critical component of the future energy mix. Westinghouse provides for the safe continuation of today’s nuclear power plants and offers the world’s leading nuclear reactor technology for newbuild plants, including the largescale AP1000 and the small modular reactor design, AP300.
In 2016, we acquired Holtwood’s two hydro stations in Pennsylvania with 296 MW of capacity—enough to power more than 100,000 homes annually. Holtwood benefits from synergies with our Safe Harbor facility, as well as from stable revenues, long-term operating licenses, and a market that is facing significant coal retirements.
In 2025, Holtwood and Safe Harbor were contracted to provide clean power to Google as the inaugural contracts in a Hydro Framework Agreement which is the largest of its kind in the world.
OnPath Energy is one of the U.K.’s leading onshore renewable energy developers, managing wind, solar, and energy storage facilities across England and Scotland. OnPath’s projects generate enough electricity to power up to 240,000 UK homes annually.
