S-5! Launches new easy-install clamp for T-Profile metal roofs – Strategic Energy Europe

Our initiatives

S-5!, a global specialist in engineered fastening solutions for metal roofs, has introduced the S-5-TH™, a new clamp specifically developed to secure a wide range of accessories on T-profile metal roof systems used in commercial buildings.
The S-5-TH™—where the “H” stands for Hinge—is a non-penetrating clamp designed for solar photovoltaic (PV) applications and light-duty attachments, such as piping and electrical conduit. It is compatible with commercial T-profile metal roofs, including McElroy Metal Trap Tee and Morin® SymmeTry® profiles.
Designed to ensure reliable attachment while preserving roof integrity, the single-piece clamp fits over the roof rib and accommodates the natural thermal movement of metal roof panels. Its non-penetrating design eliminates the risk of leaks and helps maintain the original manufacturer’s roof warranty.
As with all S-5! clamps and brackets, the S-5-TH™ has undergone extensive testing to meet the most demanding industry standards. The product is backed by a warranty that matches the service life of the roof, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.
Designed exclusively for T-profile metal roofs, delivering exceptional holding strength
Non-penetrating attachment, preserving roof integrity and allowing thermal movement
Living Hinge™ design, which reduces components and eliminates inserts, enabling faster installation and lower labour costs
Compatible with S-5!’s PVKIT® rail-less solar solution, as well as traditional railed mounting systems
Suitable for securing a wide range of rooftop accessories, including solar PV systems, conduit and piping
Manufactured from 6000-series aluminium, offering high durability and excellent corrosion resistance
Long-lasting, proven quality supported by warranty
Backed by S-5!, a brand recognised for dependable design, service and product quality
