Schroders Greencoat has entered an agreement to acquire seven 283 MWp photovoltaic projects in the United Kingdom from Metlen Energy & Metals.
The projects, located across England and Scotland, have been developed by Metlen.
Of the total portfolio of 283 MWp, 143 MWp are already operational, while the remaining 140 MWp are under construction, with commercial operation expected to begin in the second quarter of this year.
The projects cover the energy needs of 89,333 households and have long-term off-take agreements with Vodafone and Engie.
