Knack Energy, an Ahmedabad-based fully integrated manufacturer of solar PV modules, encapsulants (EVA, EPE, POE), and backsheets, has reinforced its manufacturing operations with advanced automation, robotics, and digital quality systems.
According to the company, its production facilities are fully automated and supported by multi-stage quality checks aligned with international standards. The integration of SAP S/4HANA, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and CRM platforms enables real-time monitoring and traceability across modules, encapsulants, and backsheets.
Robotics and sensor-based technologies enhance precision and efficiency, while an adaptive supply chain optimises inventory, logistics, and on-time delivery. Knack Energy said that these systems aim to reduce process variations and maintain consistent product quality.
Its solar PV modules, UV-stable encapsulants, and durable backsheets are engineered to maximise light transmission, reduce optical losses, and ensure long-term performance under varied climatic conditions.
With these upgrades, Knack Energy positions itself as a performance-oriented supplier of reliable solar solutions, emphasising automation, quality control, and transparency across its integrated manufacturing operations.
