Fimer’s new Powerphast tool sharpens PV and storage sizing, Panduit rolls out UV-resistant nylon cable ties, Tabtool digitises solar installations and Kiwigrid advances AI-driven energy management in this week’s product round-up.
The inverter manufacturer has launched Powerphast, a photovoltaic array and storage simulation tool available via the Aurora Vision platform. The company says it delivers precise, continuously updated system modelling using advanced data sets.

Manufacturer Panduit has introduced the PLT4S-M6120 cable tie series, made from UV-resistant nylon 612. The black ties are engineered for outdoor applications and designed to withstand prolonged sun exposure and acid rain.
Tabtool has introduced software to support photovoltaic system installers, offering a digital platform to map and document the full installation workflow.
Kiwigrid has begun developing its own artificial intelligence for energy management. The AI assistant, named Matua, is intended to reflect the system’s predictive capabilities.
