Flow Power has acquired the Dunedoo Energy Project in New South Wales—a State Significant Development (SSD) with an approved Development Application.

Dunedoo Energy Project, previously owned by ib vogt GmbH, is located approximately 2km north of Dunedoo in the Warrumbungle Shire. The project consists of a 55MW solar farm plus 60MW BESS.
Flow Power will develop, build, own and operate the project, with construction scheduled to
commence in 2026. Once complete, it will include approximately 175,000 solar panels across 92 hectares, and will generate enough green energy to power up to 20,000 homes and businesses.
The approved design includes connection to Essential Energy’s Dunedoo Substation via a new 66kV transmission line, supported by planned substation upgrades.
