Sahaj Solar incorporates UAE subsidiary for 750 MW panel manufacturing – Solarbytes

Sahaj Solar Limited, an India-based manufacturer of solar panels, has approved incorporation of Sahaj Energy Lolar Panels Manufacturing L.L.C. in the United Arab Emirates. The approval was taken at the company’s board meeting held on March 07, 2026 under SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The proposed entity has been structured to conduct activities linked to a planned Phase-I 750 MW solar panel manufacturing plant. The manufacturing plant was initially proposed in India, but related operations are now planned through a UAE-incorporated step-down subsidiary. Sahaj Renewable Energy Trading – FZCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sahaj Solar Limited, will hold 51% shareholding in the new entity. The equity subscription will be executed through cash consideration of 51,000 AED (~$13,770) representing 51 shares priced at 1,000 AED each.
