Prostarm Info Systems, an India-based provider of power backup systems and solar EPC services, has secured an INR 6.71 crore (~ $0.73 million) rooftop PV project from Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). The order covers supply, installation, and commissioning of a 2 MW AC rooftop PV system across several buildings within a SAIL plant facility. According to the report, the rooftop PV installation has been planned across multiple operational buildings located within the plant premises. The project execution period has been defined as 12 months from the award date for completion of installation and commissioning activities. Prostarm Info Systems has stated that its promoter, promoter group, and group companies do not hold any interest in the awarding entity. The company has also clarified that the contract has not been classified as a related party transaction under applicable disclosure regulations.
