ITI Limited, an India-based technology company, has clarified that its proposed 100 MW, 250 MW, or 500 MW PV module manufacturing line at the Naini Unit in Prayagraj, India, remains at the tendering and proposal stage. The clarification was issued in response to NSE Surveillance’s email, which sought a response to a SolarQuarter report titled “ITI Limited Floats Tender For 100 MW (or) 250 MW (or) 500 MW Solar PV Module Manufacturing Line At Naini Unit In Prayagraj.” ITI said it has initiated steps toward establishing the line, but added that a similar tender floated in March 2025 could not be materialized because bid rates were high. According to the clarification, the initiative remains only at the Request for Proposal (RfP) stage, and the company has therefore said that disclosure is not applicable at this stage. ITI also said there are no pending matters requiring disclosure that may affect the price or volume behavior of its shares, and added that the reported development has no material impact because it reflects the company’s public tendering process.
