Three major awards in 2026, reflecting a journey aimed at making energy more understandable and easier to manage, supporting people and businesses in their daily choices and strengthening trust over time. The awards received by E.On, one of Italy’s leading energy operators, are: Top Price Quality 2026, awarded by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) in collaboration with La Repubblica Affari & Finanza; Product of the Year 2026 for the E.On App in the Digital Energy Services category, based on market research conducted by Circana; and Top Brand PV Installer Italy 2026, awarded by Eupd Research.
“These awards confirm the solidity and effectiveness of our model, founded on trust, affordability, and sustainability, and geared toward fueling the triple transition: energy, digital, and social,” commented Luca Conti, CEO of E.On Italia. “The energy transition is truly effective only if it is economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable for customers and businesses. It is in this direction that we continue to invest in solutions that improve service quality, simplify the experience, and help optimize consumption, reducing costs over time.”
E.On has been named among the best companies for Value for Money in Italy 2026 in the Electricity & Gas category. The award, issued by the German Institute ITQF and La Repubblica Affari&Finanza, recognizes companies that offer the best balance between service quality and affordability. The project is based on CAWI research conducted with a large panel of consumers, representative of the Italian population. Participants are asked to provide a direct, structured, and comparable assessment of the perceived value for money of companies within various market categories. The 2026 edition collected a total of 635.696 customer reviews from over 1.350 companies operating in 127 market sectors.
The E.On app has won the 2026 Product of the Year Award in the Digital Energy Services category, based on the preferences expressed by Italian consumers. The award is based on market research conducted by the Circana Institute in 2026 among over 12 people, who were asked to evaluate the nominated products and services in various categories. Completely redesigned based on customer needs, the app allows you to manage your energy supply completely digitally, monitor consumption and costs in real time, and access personalized energy-saving tips.
For the fourth consecutive year, the Top Brand PV Installer Italy 2026 ranking released by Eupd Research confirms E.On among the leading operators in the Italian photovoltaic sector, recognizing the quality of its solutions and the solidity of its local partner network. This places E.On among the top 1% of photovoltaic companies nationwide.
