Silicon Ranch to host public meeting on proposed Stockton solar project – 1819 News

The company proposing a 2,000-acre solar facility in Stockton will hold a public community meeting to address concerns.
Silicon Ranch representatives will meet with community members on April 8. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information and answer questions.
Reagan Farr, co-founder, president and CEO of Silicon Ranch, promised a public meeting after news of the proposal sparked public outcry. Farr told 1819 News that misconceptions are causing concern about the safety and environmental impact a solar farm could have.
The meeting will be held at the John R. Rhodes Civic Center at 6:30 p.m. Participants are asked to RSVP online.
