Saatvik Green Energy, an Indian-based solar panel manufacturer, said that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Ltd, has received and accepted PV module supply orders worth INR 108.75 crore ($11.96 million) from leading domestic independent power producers and EPC players. The company said these contracts are commercial in nature, were awarded by domestic entities, and do not fall under related party transactions. It added that execution of the PV module supply orders is scheduled by September 2026. The report also said that Saatvik’s Odisha project is progressing as planned and is expected to increase manufacturing capacity from 4.8 GW to 8.8 GW.
