Saatvik Green Energy, an India-based energy company, has disclosed that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, received and accepted a PV module supply order worth INR 71.25 crore (~$7,837,500). According to the regulatory filing, the order has come from one independent power producer/EPC player, though the buyer’s name was not disclosed. The contract covers only the supply of PV modules and is scheduled for execution by May 2026. The disclosure identified Saatvik Solar Industries as the subsidiary handling the order.
