Samaiden Group Bhd has completed a solar photovoltaic (PV) installation for Nippon Electric Glass (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (NEGM) that is expected to reduce about 6,900 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually, expanding its track record in large-scale corporate renewable energy projects.
The project combines rooftop solar PV and Building-Integrated Photovoltaic systems, supported by advanced medium-voltage infrastructure, highlighting Samaiden’s strength in integrated engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services.
The installation is expected to help NEGM reduce approximately 6,900 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year, reinforcing the company’s sustainability agenda and long-term commitment to lower-carbon operations.
