With over 7.2 GWp operational and ~ 10.5 GWp under construction, the company aims to accelerate the country’s green energy transition.

Avaada Group, a diversified clean energy conglomerate, has surpassed 17.7 GWp in its renewable energy portfolio, including over 7.2 GWp of operational capacity and around 10.5 GWp under construction. The company added more than 2 GWp capacity during FY 2025-26.
Avaada Group integrates solar, wind, solar-wind hybrid, and solar-plus-storage solutions to deliver clean, reliable, and round-the-clock power.
Commenting on the development, Mr Vineet Mittal, Chairman, Avaada Group said, “At a time when global energy markets remain volatile, strengthening energy security through clean energy has become more important than ever. Crossing the 17.7 GWp milestone reflects Avaada’s commitment to accelerating this transition. Backed by strong execution capabilities and a robust pipeline, we are well-positioned to scale rapidly across geographies and technologies. Our focus remains on delivering reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy solutions that contribute meaningfully to India’s growth and climate ambitions.”
Avaada’s operational capacity of over 7.2 GWp is estimated to power more than 20 lakh households.
By replacing conventional fossil fuel-based power sources with renewable energy, this capacity contributes to reducing carbon emissions and advancing India’s climate goals. The 7.2 GWp operational capacity is expected to avoid more than 10 million tonnes of CO₂ equivalent emissions annually.
