Indian Government firm, Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has issued an RfS (Request for Selection) for selecting a solar project developer to set up a 5.5 MW grid-connected rooftop solar PV project under RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company) mode through tariff-based competitive bidding. The tender falls under RTSPV-Tranche-X and will follow a two-bid e-tender process through the ISN-ETS portal. SECI has fixed the bid processing fee at INR 6,000 including GST, while EMD and Performance Bank Guarantee requirements are applicable. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 1, 2026, while bid opening will take place on July 3, 2026.
