The 400-MW first phase will deliver power to partners AT&T, Toyota, PepsiCo and Donaldson Company through long-term PPAs. Project developer Enbridge expects to bring the 415-MW second phase online by the end of the year.
“This milestone reflects what Enbridge does best: executing complex projects safely, predictably and with purpose. We’re continuing to deliver all-of-the-above energy solutions to help power North America,” said Greg Ebel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Enbridge.
Enbridge is increasing its work in the United States. It recently announced it would build a 365-MW solar and storage project in Wyoming to support Meta’s data center operations.
