The Stockton area will become a zoned part of Baldwin County, according to referendum results posted by Baldwin County officials on the door of the Stockton Civic Club Tuesday night. 
But is it enough to stop a Tennessee solar company from building over 2,000 acres of solar panels on a property off Interstate 65 in Stockton to offset the power needs of a data center in Montgomery?
