Vikram Solar, an India-based PV module manufacturer, has signed a 130 MW solar cell supply agreement with Evervolt Solar. The agreement covers Mono-PERC 10BB DCR-compliant crystalline solar cells for Vikram Solar’s domestic module manufacturing requirements. The agreement provides for supplies from July 2026 through March 2027. Vikram Solar disclosed the procurement arrangement under Regulation 30 of the applicable SEBI Listing Regulations. It has not been classified as a related party transaction, and neither company holds shares in the other. Evervolt Solar Technology India Private Limited was formerly known as CETC Renewable Energy Technology India Pvt. Ltd.
