MPC Energy Solutions NV announced that its 66.1 MWp San Patricio solar photovoltaic (PV) plant in Guatemala successfully completed the testing phase and has started delivering energy under the power purchase agreement to the IMSA Group. The start of operations of the plant also marks a significant milestone required to complete the sale of the asset, which is now expected to be concluded by the end of this month. MPCES and the buyer are working on finalizing the final documents and completing the remaining closing conditions.
