Waaree Energies said today it has secured an additional order from an international company to supply 212 MW of solar modules. The latest award raises the total order size from the same customer to 562 MW. The company said the customer is a renowned developer that owns and manages utility-scale renewable energy projects.
The supply of PV modules is scheduled during the current 2026-27 financial year.
Waaree continues to expand its manufacturing footprint globally. As of early 2026, the company reported an aggregate solar module manufacturing capacity of 25.75 GW, comprising 24.15 GW in India and 1.6 GW in the United States. It also reported 5.4 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity.
The company plans to expand its US manufacturing capacity to 4.2 GW by the end of the year, ensuring local supplies in the US.
