Qualitas Energy, a Spain-based investment and management platform focused on renewable energy and energy transition infrastructure, has secured approximately €53 million (~ $60.76 million) in financing for a 117 MW greenfield solar PV portfolio in Poland. The portfolio includes two projects located in Słoniawy, Masovian Voivodeship and Końskie, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. CaixaBank and Bank Millennium have arranged the non-recourse financing package which includes a term loan, ancillary facilities and an interest rate swap. The projects are backed by Poland’s Contracts for Difference scheme and are expected to become operational in 2027. Qualitas Energy currently manages more than 600 MW of solar capacity and a wind pipeline exceeding 1.2 GW in Poland. Prior to this,Qualitas Energy also secured €172M Italy solar financing.
