Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd, a Mumbai-based subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd providing EPC services for renewable power projects, has secured two contracts for ground-mounted solar PV plants in India. The company received two Letters of Award from an unnamed Indian renewable energy company. The projects comprise a 400 MW (AC)/530 MW solar plant and a 400 MW (AC)/552 MW facility, aggregating 800 MW (AC)/1,082 MW. Waaree Renewable Technologies will undertake engineering, procurement, and construction works for both projects. The company said the projects are scheduled for completion during FY 2027-28. The customer was described as “one of India’s leading Renewable Energy companies.” The company did not disclose the contract values or the customer’s name.
