Bluebird Solar has secured an order from Bridge & Roof Co. (India) Ltd to supply 278 MW of solar PV modules for two SJVN renewable energy projects.
Under the contract, Bluebird Solar will supply high-efficiency 600 Wp M10R n-type TOPCon dual glass bifacial solar PV modules for SJVN projects located at Khavda, Gujarat (133 MW) and Nawa, Rajasthan (145 MW).
“We are delighted to secure this prestigious order from Bridge & Roof Company Ltd. for the SJVN project,” said Rohit Tikku, chief executive officer, Bluebird Solar. “This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, technological innovation, and reliable project execution.”
Akshay Mittal, director, Bluebird Solar, said the order marks another significant milestone in Bluebird Solar’s growth journey. “We will continue investing in advanced technologies and expanding our integrated manufacturing ecosystem to support India’s ambition of becoming a global renewable energy manufacturing hub,” he added.
New Delhi-headquartered Bluebird Solar operates a 2.5 GW fully automated solar PV module manufacturing facility at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Looking ahead, it plans to establish 2.5 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity, along with wafer and ingot manufacturing facilities, while also expanding into battery energy storage systems (BESS) to meet the evolving needs of India’s renewable energy sector.
