Premier Energies Ltd, an integrated solar manufacturer, has reported total revenue of INR 25.08 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 34.1% year-on-year.
EBITDA increased 27.2% YoY to INR 7.59 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 30.3%. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 53.3% YoY to INR 4.72 billion, resulting in a PAT margin of 18.8%.
During the quarter, the company produced 844 MW of solar cells, 953 MW of solar modules, and 570 MVA of transformers.
Premier Energies attributed the quarterly growth to robust execution, expanding manufacturing capacity and strong demand for domestically manufactured solar modules.
The company recently inaugurated its 5.6 GW Seetharampur module manufacturing facility, equipped with automation capable of producing four modules every 16 seconds. Its 7 GW solar cell manufacturing facility at Naidupeta is progressing with machinery installation underway and trial runs expected to commence shortly.
Chiranjeev Saluja, managing director said that the company’s sustained growth reflects the strength of its integrated manufacturing platform, technology leadership and disciplined execution.
“The successful inauguration of our 5.6 GW Seetharampur module facility and the rapid progress at our 7 GW Naidupeta solar cell plant reinforce our commitment to expanding domestic manufacturing capabilities and supporting government’s Make in India vision,” said Saluja.
He expects a significant boost in the company’s operating and financial performance over the next year as its new facilities come online.
