County, Glenrock officials asking for public hearing
BrightNight and Dutchman Renewable Power are pursuing research and permitting to build a natural gas-fire electric power plant on land it recently withdrew from its solar farm footprint.
The two linked companies said last week they are pursuing the project but are in beginning stages and discussions with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Industrial Siting Division for their proposed Deer Creek Natural Gas Plant on the Tillard Ranch, just outside of Rolling Hills, according to BrightNight Senior Director of Development Donald Millar.
