The Government has closed the second day of its V Trobada in Os de Balaguer with a round of visits to municipalities and infrastructures in the Lleida regions, with the Alcarràs solar park as one of the central stops on the institutional agenda.
The visit of Salvador Illa and the Minister of Territory, Sílvia Paneque, coincides with the open debate on the Territorial Sector Plan for wind and photovoltaic electricity generation.
