Solex Energy Ltd has secured work orders worth INR 74.77 crore from domestic entities for the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules, according to a regulatory filing.
The orders are scheduled for execution in Dec. 2026.
The latest orders add to Solex Energy’s recent order inflows. In July 2026, the company received orders worth more than INR 628 crore. In August, it secured an additional INR 42.47 crore work order from a domestic company in the power sector for the supply of n-type TOPCon 620 W glass-to-glass solar PV modules. Execution of that order is scheduled to begin in October 2026. Solex Energy also received a letter of intent for an additional order worth INR 175 crore, with a master supply agreement currently at the signing stage. The company said these orders together represented an executable order pipeline of INR 846 crore, targeted for execution by Dec. 31, 2026.
Solex operates a 4 GW solar module manufacturing facility at Tadkeshwar in Gujarat, equipped with Industry 4.0-enabled automation. It is also developing a solar cell manufacturing facility. Its 2.2 GW n-type TOPCon+ cell line, the first phase of a planned 5 GW cell manufacturing capacity, is on track for commissioning by the end of 2027.
As part of its 2030 expansion plans, the company aims to build 10 GW of solar module manufacturing capacity, 10 GW of solar cell capacity, 10 GW of battery energy storage system (BESS) infrastructure, and 2 GW of wafer and ingot capacity. It is also exploring further vertical integration across the solar value chain.
