Inox Solar Americas, a United States-based PV module manufacturer, has signed an 800 MW PV module supply agreement with an unnamed US renewable energy developer. The modules under shipment will be utilized for two utility-scale projects in Colorado and Georgia, of about 300 MW and 500 MW. The company will supply Vega Series bifacial modules powered by Galaxion PV cells and the deliveries are scheduled starting 2027. Ashok Nair, President and CEO of Inox Solar Americas, said that US developers are placing growing confidence in the company’s PV technology and US manufacturing. The deal follows a separate 767 MW agreement announced the week before, taking the two to about 1.57 GW.
