India based Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL), Central Public Sector Enterprise has published a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) on September 8, 2026, through its Additional General Manager (AGM), Project Management Consultancy (PMC). The tender invites bids for the implementation of 15 MWp of grid-connected solar power plants for government buildings in different states and union territories of India under the RESCO model. Bidders must quote a levelised electricity tariff in INR/kWh for a 25-year period. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 45,000 per MWp. Any bid not accompanied by acceptable bid security shall be rejected. Bidders must submit their bids through the government e-procurement portal by September 29, 2026, at 17:00 hrs. The techno-commercial bids are scheduled to open on September 30, 2026, at 17:00 hrs.
