Solex Energy bags Rs 75.96 crore orders for TOPCon solar modules – Power Peak Digest

Solex Energy Limited has secured work orders worth a combined Rs 75.96 crore from domestic entities operating in the power and electricity sector for the supply of N-Type Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) 620 Wp Glass-to-Glass (G12R) solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.
The modules will be manufactured and supplied domestically, with execution of the orders scheduled through the end of November 2026. The orders add to Solex Energy’s module supply business as the company expands its manufacturing and renewable energy capabilities.
Capacity expansion
Solex Energy has outlined an investment programme of approximately Rs 4,000 crore between FY27 and FY30 as it seeks to expand beyond its established solar PV module business and build an integrated renewable energy platform.
The planned expansion will cover solar cells, solar modules and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), broadening the company’s presence across the renewable energy value chain.
Financial performance
Solex Energy reported revenue of Rs 1,621.1 crore in FY26, representing a 143.9% year-on-year increase. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 186.7 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 98.3 crore.
The company also reported order visibility exceeding Rs 3,400 crore, indicating continued demand for its solar solutions and supporting its planned expansion across the renewable energy value chain.
