JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. disclosed on October 16, 2026 that Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., its principal operating subsidiary in which it holds a majority stake, has released estimates for selected preliminary unaudited financial results covering the nine months that ended September 30, 2026.
For that period, Jiangxi Jinko projects a preliminary unaudited net loss attributable to its shareholders ranging from RMB2,976.33 million to RMB3,576.33 million. When extraordinary gains and losses are excluded, the preliminary unaudited net loss attributable to Jiangxi Jinko shareholders is projected to fall between RMB3,811.12 million and RMB4,411.12 million.
The company explained that these Jiangxi Jinko figures diverge from JinkoSolar‘s consolidated financial results for two reasons. First, the scope of consolidation is not the same, since the Jiangxi Jinko numbers are compiled solely for that subsidiary, while the consolidated financials also incorporate statements from JinkoSolar and its other subsidiaries. Second, the accounting standards and principles underlying the two sets of figures differ: the Jiangxi Jinko preliminary unaudited financial results follow PRC GAAP, while the consolidated financials follow accounting principles generally accepted in the United States.
JinkoSolar urged investors to review the Jiangxi Jinko preliminary unaudited financial results with caution and cautioned against making investment decisions based solely on those preliminary unaudited figures.
JinkoSolar presently holds an equity interest of approximately 54.32 percent in Jiangxi Jinko.
