Waaree Renewable Technologies, an India-based solar EPC company, has signed an agreement for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of a 360 MW solar power project over five years. The agreement has been made with an independent power producer (IPP), which has been described in the filing as a domestic entity. The company, which is a subsidiary of Waaree Energies, received the letter of award on 31 October 2026, and the work has been classed as a commercial order. That order is to be executed as per its own terms. The filing, which has been made to the BSE and the NSE, has also stated that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity. It has further stated that the order does not fall within related party transactions.
