Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company, xAI, is seeking to build an 88-acre solar farm at one of its Memphis-based campuses.
On Nov. 18, Aditya Shah of xAI filed a new construction permit with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for an 88-acre solar farm near Colossus 1 at 3231 Paul R. Lowry Road. (The new construction permit does not have a construction cost estimate listed in the filing)
