(Alliance News) – Energy Time Spa announced on Tuesday that it has entered into a partnership with Voltuna Srl for the turnkey construction of photovoltaic plants, initiating the first orders for a total capacity of 2.5 MWp and a contract value of EUR1.7 million.
Specifically, the agreements cover EPC activities—Engineering, Procurement, and Construction—which Energy Time will carry out for Voltuna as a system integrator of the Gas Sales CGI Group, for the development of plants located in the province of Piacenza.
The projects will feature a range of technological solutions, including storage systems and charging stations, with Voltuna acting as the service provider. Work is expected to begin in the early months of 2026, with completion anticipated around the middle of the same year.
Energy Time closed up 1.2% on Tuesday at EUR3.53 per share.
