Ohio Supreme Court rules against firefighter in solar farm dispute – Cleveland 19 News

HANCOCK COUNTY, Ohio (WTVG) – The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled against a Washington Township firefighter who challenged the construction of a solar farm in Hancock County.
The court ruled against Travis Bohn, who objected to South Branch building a 700-acre facility near Arcadia.
Bohn did not provide enough evidence to show the solar farm was unlawfully approved, according to the court’s ruling.
South Branch must meet 50 conditions during construction and operation of the facility.
