Seneca Council Hears Latest Updates on New Solar Farm To Be Constructed Along Old Stage Road – wcsjnews.com

A solar farm company will be paying the village of Seneca $500,000. Seneca Mayor Jeff Olson said the village council this week approved a resolution for that payment. 
Seneca Council members approved a special use petition for that project in May of 2024. That 30-acre solar farm will be constructed outside the village limits of Seneca at 7500 Old Stage Road.
The 5 megawatt 30-acre 13,000 solar panel project will be able to power over 600 homes. For more information about the project, click link below:
