Waaree Renewable Technologies Bags 300 MWac / 420 MWp Solar EPC Contract – Energetica India Magazine

Waaree Renewable Technologies has secured a contract to execute EPC works for a 300 MWac / 420 MWp ground-mounted solar PV project in India, scheduled for completion by FY2027–28.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. (WAAREERTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd., has signed a contract to execute engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works for a 300 MWac / 420 MWp ground-mounted solar photovoltaic project, the company informed stock exchanges.
According to the  firm,  the order has been awarded by a domestic renewable energy power generation company. Under the contract, WAAREERTL will undertake the complete EPC development of the ground-mounted solar PV plant, covering engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
The company said  that the project is scheduled to be completed during FY2027–28, as per the terms of the order. The aggregate project capacity stands at 300 MWac / 420 MWp.
