(Alliance News) – Ecomembrane Spa announced Monday that SBS Solar Srl, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pescarolo 1 Srl, has finalized the acquisition of agricultural land in Pescarolo ed Uniti for EUR540,000. The site is intended for the construction of a photovoltaic plant once the authorization process is completed.
The company explained in a note that the acquisition was financed through bank debt.
Ecomembrane closed up 26% on Monday at EUR5.40 per share.
