An advocacy group opposing the development of a solar farm on 4,500 acres in Stockton is now raising concerns about an engineering firm county officials hired to review the project.
On Friday, the Friends of the Tensaw River, a nonprofit based in Stockton, sent the Baldwin County Commission a letter asking its members to reconsider a contract with Jacobs Engineering to review the project by Silicon Ranch, a Nashville-based solar company.
