ADVENT Upgrade Solar Inc. said Wednesday that it had signed an agreement with Ortigas Land Corp. to install a 1,587.20-kilowatt-peak solar photovoltaic system at the GH mall in San Juan.
Both parties also signed a 20-year power purchase agreement for GH mall to support its sustainable growth.
“We are proud to be a partner in environmental stewardship for Ortigas Land as they continue to build great places for life,” Advent Upgrade Solar Inc. Chairman and Upgrade Energy Philippines President and CEO Ruth Yu-Owen said.
“Through this 20-year collaboration, Advent Upgrade Solar Inc. will deliver a solar solution that not only supports the operational goals of GH Mall, but will also enhance the everyday experiences of Filipino families and mall-goers who have made these spaces part of their own life stories” she added.
Advent Upgrade Solar Inc. is a joint venture between Aboitiz Power Distributed Renewables Inc. and Upgrade Energy Philippines.
AboitizPower’s share price fell by 40 centavos to close at P44.30 apiece on Wednesday.
