Italy based Fervo has acquired BayWa r.e. Power Solutions from BayWa r.e. AG in Italy. The Verona-based company develops rooftop, ground-mounted photovoltaic, and storage systems for industrial and utility clients. Founded in 2020, BayWa r.e. Power Solutions has installed more than 120 MW of photovoltaic capacity. The company has reported annual revenue exceeding €20 million and maintains a project pipeline covering the next two years. Following the acquisition, Fervo has expanded its renewable energy capabilities and established an operational office in Verona. Fervo stated that the transaction supports its Energy business unit growth strategy targeting €100 million in revenue by 2026. The combined group now has more than 340 employees across its technical and energy services operations.
