Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, is planning to build four solar power plants in Morocco for MASEN under the NOOR Atlas programme. The projects will have combined installed capacity of 225 MW. The portfolio include NOOR Ain Beni Mathar with 121 MW, NOOR Enjil with 42 MW, NOOR Boundnib with 33 MW and NOOR Bouanane with 29 MW. Eiffage Énergie Systèmes is responsible for design, supply, construction, installation, commissioning and seven years of operation & maintenance. The construction has started works in early 2026. The four solar plants are scheduled for delivery in mid-2027.
