Sahaj Solar Limited, an India-based solar PV module manufacturer headquartered in Ahmedabad, has expanded through its subsidiary in the UAE. Sahaj Renewable Energy Trading – FZCO incorporated Sahaj Energy Solar Panels Manufacturing – LLC in Abu Dhabi on June 19, 2026. The new joint venture will manufacture and assemble solar panels. The LLC has authorized capital of AED 100,000, divided into 100 shares of AED 1,000 (~ $272.29) each. Sahaj Renewable Energy Trading – FZCO holds a 50% stake for AED 50,000 (~ $13614) in cash. The entity has no turnover history as it was newly incorporated. The update followed Sahaj Solar’s earlier disclosure dated May 16, 2025.
